BASSETERRE, St. Kitts (May 27, 2008) – ROYAL St. Kitts Hotel kept the entertainment train rolling with Saturday night’s grand opening of their Cane Club; mixing a little sugar to ‘De Lime’, their other recently opened hot spot.

Patrons could not get enough of the DJ’s mixing skills; switching skillfully from Soca to Hip Hop and throwing in a little Salsa to keep everyone happy and on the dance floor.

Valencia Grant, the Hotel’s Marketing and Public Relations Director told SKNVibes.com that expectations for the club had been met and surpassed.

“We successfully launched De Lime Beach Bar and Grill last weekend so expectations were high for this opening. Based on turnout and comments from patrons, I think I can say Royal St. Kitts did it again,” she gushed.

The chic yet bold décor of Cane Club added to the ‘city cool’ ambience, right down to the sizable dance floor, swinging bar and lounge chairs for those just wanting to take it all in in style.

Grant said the bumper crowd had lined up outside the doors even before the official opening time of 10 p.m. indicating the level of anticipation for the new club experience.

“The place was packed but not to the extent that persons couldn’t enjoy themselves, enough to make for a great party. The club-goers also made ample use of the VIP tables and personal service. Starting this week Cane Club will be open on both Thursday and Saturday nights,” Grant added.

Royal St. Kitts Hotel and Casino is firmly positioning itself as a force to be reckoned with on the entertainment scene with these two new hotspots.
